FAQs

Childs Farm baby shampoo fragrance-free

When should I start using shampoo on my baby?

It depends on how much hair your baby has. Some babies are born with lots of hair so may need a baby shampoo in the first few months of their lives. Other babies take longer to grow a head of hair and may not need a baby shampoo until they are a bit older.

Using a baby shampoo with nourishing ingredients such as glycerin will help to keep your baby’s hair and scalp nourished and hydrated.

Can adults use baby shampoo?

Yes, lots of adults find baby shampoo gentler on their hair and scalp so prefer to use it over their normal shampoo.

How often should I wash my baby’s hair?

Babies’ hair doesn’t need to be washed daily but can be washed two-three times a week, or when you feel it needs washing. When babies are weaning, they often get food in their hair and over this period you may find you wash it more regularly.
