Childs Farm nappy cream for happy bottoms contains aloe vera, cocoa butter and shea butter to moisturise all skin types, helping to ensure baby’s bottom is protected from nappy rash. These super-moisturisers keep skin cells plump helping form a barrier against bacteria.
While designed for babies bottoms, this cream is also a fantastic moisturiser for grown ups too – particularly great for topical use on dry and irritated skin on any part of the face or body.
Suitable for newborns and upwards. Dermatologist and paediatrician approved as suitable for sensitive skin and safe for people who may be prone to eczema. Listed as ‘cloth safe’ by the UK Cloth Nappy Library Network.

The nappy cream has been really effective. I have noticed it isn’t always that fast acting but after a couple of days any soreness has vanished. Having said that it works well as a prevention tool so just remembering to use it every day and every nappy change also keeps soreness away.
